Griñón, 10 sep (EFE).- Las personas mayores de 65 años o con alguna discapacidad reconocida podrán solicitar hasta el 30 de septiembre las ayudas de la Comunidad de Madrid para adaptar el interior de sus viviendas, según ha explicado hoy el viceconsejero de Vivienda y Suelo, Juan Blasco.
Esta nueva línea de ayudas que el Gobierno Regional ha aprobado "para fomentar la accesibilidad" en el interior de las viviendas, permiten, según ha explicado Blasco, cubrir hasta el 70 por ciento del coste total de aquellas obras, con un máximo de 10.000 euros por vivienda.
Reformas como sustituir el baño por un plato de ducha, o ampliar el ancho de las puertas que impiden el paso con sillas de ruedas, forman parte de este tipo de ayudas específicas para el interior de la vivienda, ha expresado el viceconsejero en una visita a la Oficina Móvil de Rehabilitación presente hasta el viernes en Griñón, que también está adaptada con una rampa.
Todos los interesados pueden descargar de la web (www.madrid.org/accesibilidad) el formulario o encontrar toda la información y requisitos.
"La ventaja de esta ayuda es que es con carácter retroactivo", ha indicado el viceconsejero, de tal forma que todas aquellas mejoras que se hayan producido en el hogar para adaptarlo desde enero de 2008 podrán también beneficiarse de la ayuda si se presenta toda la documentación pertinente.
Esta nueva línea de ayudas cuenta con un presupuesto total de 1,5 millones de euros, y se suma a otras dos ayudas de adaptación exteriores, como la colocación de plataformas salva escaleras o la instalación de ascensores, que en conjunto se integran en el Plan Rehabilita 2009/2012.
De estas tres, "la más potente", ha explicado el viceconsejero, es la que permite la instalación de ascensores en edificios que acrediten más de 15 años de antigüedad, con una subvención de hasta "50.000 euros a fondo perdido".
Este conjunto de tres ayudas, se convierte en un paquete que pretende ejecutar "ayudas para 186.000 viviendas" ha afirmado Blasco.
La Oficina Móvil de Rehabilitación, que también ha recibido la visita del alcalde del municipio, José Ramón Navarro, quien ha hecho uso de la rampa adaptada, se encontrará hasta el fin de la próxima semana en el municipio de Griñón, y después viajará hasta Chinchón, para informar a sus habitantes.
